Cypress Bowl

Is a fabulous family ski area located in West Vancouver, B.C. Canada. It is located in the southern section of Cypress Provincial Park, under the operation of BC Parks. It is very accessible from Vancouver as it is only a 30 minute drive north of Vancouver. What is there to do at Cypress Mountain? The answer to that question is “lots”.

There is snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and tubing.

53 Alpine Runs

If you are a skier or snowboarder, you will be in heaven with the 53 alpine runs. If you prefer cross country skiing, then pack a lunch and set out on the 19km of cross country trails.

Snowshoeing is certainly an option at Cypress Mountain. The Nordic area offers guided snowshoe tours and self-guided trails. Explore Hollyburn Ridge and stop into the Hollyburn Lodge Heritage building. Enjoy “Lights to the Lodge”. This is a self-guided trail through Old Growth Forest and is lit with LED lights strung from tree to tree! Beautiful all covered in snow!

Gnarly’s Tube Park

Experience fun for the whole family at Gnarly’s Tube Park. Everyone can have fun here! There are 6 chutes approximately 100 meters long and a tow to take you back up for more!
